In short: I introduce businesses and share education and general guidance. I am a go-between, not a party to your deal, and I cannot promise any deal, delivery, payment or result. Check every partner yourself, get your own professional advice, and use your own judgement.
1. General information
The content on this website, in my books, and on my social media channels (together, “the content”) is shared by CoachEjyk, operated by Ejikeme J. Obasi [registered business name, if applicable], for general information and education only. It does not take into account your personal situation, goals, risk tolerance or finances.
2. I am an intermediary
When I match or introduce businesses, I act only as an intermediary. I am not an agent, partner, employee, guarantor, escrow agent, lawyer or insurer of either side, and I am not a party to any contract between them. An introduction is not an endorsement, a recommendation to enter a deal, or a promise about the other party. I am not responsible for what a party I introduce says, does, delivers or fails to deliver. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.
3. Vetting has limits
I check what documents, references and records can show, such as registration, track record, delivery capacity and financial health [confirm to match your process]. This is a good-faith screening only. It is not an audit, a credit rating, a certification, a legal opinion or a guarantee of honesty, quality or ability. Documents can be incomplete, out of date or false, and circumstances can change after I check. Please do your own due diligence before committing money, goods or work.
4. No guarantee of results
I do not guarantee any outcome. That includes finding a suitable partner, winning a client, closing a deal, the price or volume of any deal, delivery, quality, payment, loan or grant approval, cost savings, revenue, profit or investment returns. Results depend on many things outside my control, including your own decisions, how well you apply what you learn, the other party’s conduct, lender and buyer decisions, regulation, exchange rates, inflation and wider market conditions.
5. Cross-border risk
International trade and outsourcing carry extra risks. They include payment and currency risk, delays, customs and shipping issues, differences in laws and standards, sanctions and export or import rules, language and cultural differences, fraud, and the difficulty of enforcing a contract in another country. I do not remove these risks. Please use written contracts, traceable payment methods, staged or milestone payments for larger deals, and independent legal and financial advice in the countries involved.
Take care of fraud. I will never ask you to send money to a personal account in order to receive an introduction. If anyone claiming to be me asks for something different, contact me directly before paying.
6. Not regulated advice
Unless I confirm in writing that I am licensed and have been engaged for it, nothing in the content is:
- investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, security or currency,
- a professional tax opinion or tax filing service,
- an audit, assurance or accounting opinion,
- legal advice, or the drafting of a binding legal contract.
My coaching is business and financial coaching and analysis. For regulated matters, speak to a suitably licensed or registered professional, such as a registered investment adviser, a chartered accountant, a registered tax practitioner or a lawyer, before you act.
7. Examples and testimonials
Figures, scenarios, diagrams and case studies on this website are illustrations or past results, and some are simplified or anonymised to protect privacy. They are not predictions or promises. 8. Calculators and tools
Any calculator, scorecard or checklist on this website, including the deal-readiness check and the leak check, gives a rough estimate to help you think and start a conversation. It is not an audit, a valuation, a certification or a financial assessment, and a good score does not guarantee you will win clients or funding. The results rely on the answers you give and on simple assumptions.
9. Books and content
My books, including The Earnlings, Earnings to Empire, The Day Timi Discovered Money and The Customer Leak Fix, and my articles and posts, share ideas and experience. Any stories, characters and examples are used to teach and may be fictional or simplified. They are not personalised advice, and you should adapt them to your own circumstances.
10. Accuracy and changes
Laws, tax rules, trade and export rules, interest rates, lending requirements and funding programmes change often, in Nigeria and abroad. I try to keep the content accurate and current, but I cannot promise that it is complete, up to date or free of errors. Always check current rules with the relevant authority, bank or professional before making a decision.

The content may link to other websites, tools, lenders, platforms or programmes. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, services or practices. A link is not an endorsement. [If you earn money from any link, state it here.]
