By engaging with any service (cybersecurity, finance, coaching, or writing), you agree to these professional, transparent terms. All services are delivered via email, Zoom, remote tools, or official communication channels.
1. 🔍 Scope of Services
- Cybersecurity — Audits, risk assessments, compliance checks
- IT Support — Remote troubleshooting, network setups
- Finance & Modeling — Forecasts, investor decks, bookkeeping
- Coaching — ICAN, CompTIA prep, career strategy
- Content & Writing — SOPs, manuals, business plans
- Teaching — Course delivery, assessments, training
Note: We do not sell software or licenses unless agreed in writing.
2. 💸 Payments & Pricing
- Upfront payment required unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 5 days before renewal.
- No chargebacks without prior dispute communication.
- All custom pricing must be agreed in writing.
3. 📅 Delivery & Deadlines
Timelines by Service:
- Cybersecurity Audit — 1–3 business days
- Financial Modeling — 3–5 business days
- IT Support — Within 24 hours
- Coaching Sessions — Scheduled appointment
- Technical Writing — 3–7 business days
- Teaching Services — Per course agreement
Minor delays due to scope changes or missing inputs will be communicated clearly.
