At techfluent, we intend to expand our operations, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our diverse projects.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Techfluent, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure teams are well-equipped to achieve project goals.

Communication:

Facilitate clear and transparent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.
Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and improve project outcomes.

Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.

Project Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
